What should be the price of Emmanuel Adebayor?

Emmanuel Adebayor wants to leave Arsenal and join AC Milan. AC Milan officials are trying their best to buy this player from the London club. You know that Emmanuel Adebayor was the top scorer for Arsenal in last season. AC Milan officials think that Arsenal is asking for too much money for him. On the other hand, Emmanuel Adebayor is reluctant to stay in London. There is now media reports that Arsenal is ready to reduce the price tag for this player substantially.

It is logical too. However, I just hope the price is not decreased too much.

What do you think?

Can Radamel Falcao replace Emmanuel Adebayor?

First of all, you have to understand that Emmanuel Adebayor has not left Arsenal yet and Falcao has not joined Arsenal yet either. However, there is strong possibility that Adebayor will join AC Milan and Falcao will come to London. So, suppose that this thing really happen and then what?

Can Falcao fit in the shoe of Adebayor? I guess that he can. He is a star player in Argentine league and he has played superbly for River Plate last season. On the other hand, it may be a bit tough for him to adjust in England at first. The good thing is that if he really comes to London then he will have the guidance of Arsene Wenger- one of the top coaches in Europe.

Radamel Falcao: From River Plato to Arsenal?

Radamel Falcao is a striker of Colombian national football team. In the club level, he plays for River Plate of Argentina. It seems that Arsenal coach Arsene Wenger is interested about him. Well, money seems to be the problem at this moment. Arsenal is willing to spend $8 million while the expectation of River Plate is 50% more than that. Of course, River Plate officials have every reason to expect this amount of money. He was the highest goal scorer for the club last season.

There is media report that Emmanuel Adebayor is leaving Arsenal. So, if Falcao comes to London then he would have to fit in the shoe of Adebayor. This will not be easy for him as he has no idea about EPL. Of course, he is a good player and he will try his best to adjust. He is almost equally strong on both his legs. Since, Arsene Wenger is interested about him, you can be sure that he has good future.

Arsenal Blog: A Blog about Arsenal from an Arsenal Fan

Arsenal is a club in English Premier League. I am not British and I do not live in the UK either. However, Arsenal is extremely popular to many people living around the world. In Asia, Arsenal is very popular and has a huge fan base.

I have been an Arsenal fan since 1988. It is two decades of passionate supporting for the club. It was BBC World Service Radio that gave me constant updates about the club. Then, for the last 10 years, I am fortunate enough to have cable TV in my home and follow Arsenal’s matches. Thus, I have a lot of memories about the club: some beautiful and some painful.

I feel that it is now a very special time for the club. Arsenal did not win anything last season (2007-08). Before the beginning of upcoming season, 3 important players are leaving. Arsene Wenger is under a lot of pressure. Many fans are skeptical about this season. There is no big star.

Against this backdrop, I am starting this blog. I feel that it is a good time as there is around one month before the start of the season. I am going to cover the news related to Arsenal and I am also going to write articles by giving my own opinion. Of course, you don’t have to agree with me in anything. Instead, I would like to hear your opinion and discuss and debate. We all want Arsenal to shine. Let us hope for the best in this season.
